I charge a $150 flat fee for loan document walkthrough. This is where I explain each document, all the required notaries, where to sign, and which to fill out.

You will need a valid ID (a current driver’s license or passport). Your lender will send you a list of all the required paperwork to send with the package. I can drop off the signed documents at FedEx and/or scan and email everything to your lender or escrow.

Given that there is still the COVID-19 pandemic, I sanitize and wear a mask to all appointments. If you would prefer, we can do the signing at a table outside or in an open garage.
